Contest rules
- The contest is open to participants who are residents of Quebec, aged 18 and over, and ends on September 21, 2015, at 11:59 p.m.
- Unlimited number of entries with original photos. Duplicate photos will be rejected.
- Photos must have been taken between August 12, 2015 and September 21, 2015.
- The winner of a $ 100 Metro gift card will be chosen by a random draw from among all eligible participants. This will take place on September 23, 2015 at 10:00 am and the winner will be notified within 2 weeks of being designated. The name of the winner will be announced on the sucreliquide.com website and the Facebook / sucreliquide account no later than September 25, 2015.
- By submitting a photo, you grant the Coalition québécoise sur la problematique du weight (Weight Coalition) and its sponsoring organization, the Association pour la santé publique du Québec, irrevocable and perpetual permission to use, modify and publish the photograph made available to it. On the other hand, the Weight Coalition will not be authorized to sell or use the photo for commercial and / or lucrative purposes.
- Employees of the Association pour la santé publique du Québec are not authorized to participate in the contest.
- Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
